Hello and welcome! It has taken me a long time to decide whether or not I would like to become a blogger…  I decided to give it a go and see what happens… The tipping point? My latest hands-on experiment on myself… I wanted to share with you the feelings, body changes and performance changes of following a 5-day “detox diet”, consisting of liquid plant-based raw foods only…

I will keep the posts as scientifically sound as possible as one of the gaps I often see in blogs is the lack of scientific approach when making claims about this new product, that training regime of the latest fad diet or food supplement. These are indeed my passions: science, fitness, sports, health, nutrition and cooking and most of not all you will find here is somehow related to one these topics…
